Many children fall in love with Frozen once and never quite let it go.
Those lovely songs became the soundtrack of their life. They perform Let It Go in the shower, in the back seats of cars, in hotel pools on family holidays. The movie becomes a part of them. For these little princesses and princes, we made a week-long camp this summer.
Frozen The Musical - Mini is a seven-day summer programme at Gozen Arts for children aged 4 and up — the youngest cast we have ever had in our musicals!

What Frozen Mini is — and what it isn't
Frozen Mini is not a miniature version of our older camps. The two musicals are designed for completely different developmental stages.
Our Wicked Musical Summer Camp is for ages 7 to 17. It runs for two weeks, four hours a day, with highly adapted scripts and private coaching. Children who do Wicked Camp are old enough to memorise meaningful dialogue and sustain focus for a full rehearsal day.
Frozen Mini is for ages 4 and up. It runs for seven days, three hours a day. It is a joyful, high-energy adaptation with less drama and group songs every child knows. The choreography is simple enough for a four-year-old to enjoy, yet proud enough for a six-year-old to own. It ends with a sweet, accessible final showcase.
The goal for both is to raise theatrical children, but the demands match the age. No child finishes Frozen Mini exhausted. They finish it with a bright smile.
Why we made this programme
Families with younger children have continuously written to us asking whether we have anything for the four-year-old or the five-year-old who isn't quite ready for our standard theatre course, but who very excitedly wants to sing on a stage in a costume.
Until now, our answer was "not yet." We don't believe in starting a child in a musical that's too demanding for where they are—the wrong first experience of performing can quietly close the theatre door for years.
Frozen Mini is the answer. It's a first musical experience that does what a first musical experience should do: introduce a child to the joy of singing in front of an audience, dressing as someone they love, and standing on a stage with friends. The first time should be magic.
What seven days look like
The shape of the days is built around how four-to-seven-year-olds actually learn: short focused bursts, lots of movement, plenty of rest moments, and a clear sense of progress every single day.
Days 01 & 02
Meeting one another and meeting the music. The director introduces the story, the characters, and gently begins to suggest who might play whom.
Days 03 & 04
Movement and character. Simple, joyful choreography and costume previews. By the end of day four, every child knows their place in the show.
Days 05 & 06
Putting it all together. The full run of the show, end to end, with songs and dances integrated. Costume fittings are finalised.
Day Seven is the Performance. Families arrive. The children get into costume. The lights come up on a real stage. Songs are sung. Bows are taken. Photographs are taken with grandparents who travelled in to watch.
The Costume Goes Home
Every child in Frozen Mini receives a beautiful costume designed for their role. They wear it through the second half of rehearsals. They wear it under the stage lights on performance day. And then they take it home. We choose the costumes carefully and never cut corners, because they become a lasting memory of their magic.
Is Frozen Mini right for your child?
The Ideal Fit
- She or he is between 4 and 7 years old.
- Interested in singing, dancing, or performing at any level (even just at home).
- Able to spend three hours away from a parent in a friendly environment.
- Loves Frozen and is excited to join!
Not the Best Fit
- Children significantly under age 4.
- Children not yet ready to leave parents for 3 hours (we recommend our private singing lessons as a gentler start).
- Children aged 8 and up. For older students, our Wicked Musical Summer Camp offers the depth and challenge they need.
Faculty & Safeguarding
Frozen Mini Musical is led by Yanika Gozen, the founding director of Gozen Arts, alongside our early-years performing arts faculty. Each of our teachers is bilingual (Thai and English) and has specific experience working with the developmental stage of children aged 4 to 7.
